Daniel M. Edwards (Dan) has 36 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in sales, finance and commercial contracting in U.S. and global markets. He has held numerous positions in marketing and sales and has extensive experience with start up operations and start up companies. As Managing Director for a Mexican subsidiary of a major telecommunications firm, he grew that business within five years to become the largest in sales in the region and the sixth largest in sales world wide. He has negotiated large contracts with major companies throughout North America and the Asia Pacific Region. He created and led a team of contracting professionals that negotiated sales contracts with global accounts valued between $100M to over $500M, and was responsible for the creation of a corporate level professionalization program to train and mobilize certified sales contract managers worldwide. He is one of five founding corporate members of the International Association of Commercial and Contract Managers (IACCM). Dan holds a B.A. in Accounting from Towson University.
Robert J. Kelly (Bob) has nearly 30 years experience in sales contracting, contract manufacturing, procurement, and accounting for leading corporations in the health care and telecommunications industries. He has represented buyers and sellers in both consumer and industrial marketing environments, in global markets and in markets throughout Europe and the Americas. The scope of his expertise includes the negotiation and management of complex, high-visibility sales contracts and related agreements, recruiting and building high-performing teams of contract management professionals, and the design and deployment of contracting processes, best practices, systems, and professional development and training programs. Bob holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Drexel University and a Master's Certificate in Global Contract Management from George Washington University.
